The Beginning
A landlord's frustration became a platform.
Over seven years of running a UK buy-to-let portfolio, the cracks became impossible to ignore. Compliance deadlines lived in one spreadsheet, mortgage renewals tracked somewhere else, tenancy records scattered across emails, and understanding true investment performance required a full weekend of reconciliation.
Every platform on the market either did one thing well or tried to do everything poorly. Nothing brought compliance, tenancies, mortgages, accounting, and genuine investment analytics together in a single, coherent place, all at a cost that made sense for an independent landlord.
With over 25 years in software engineering and a MEng in Computer Science & Engineering, the founder had both the clarity to feel the pain acutely and the skills to do something about it.
